- Guide prices: residential window cleaning from ¥14,800 (up to 15 window units), commercial glazing from ¥27,000 (one elevation up to 150 m²), balcony and external surface treatment from ¥19,600 (up to 40 m²). The final amount is stated in the written quotation, together with whether consumption tax is included.
- Charges other than the price
- None apart from what the quotation states. Work beyond the quoted scope is added only with your written agreement.
- Payment method and timing
- Agreed individually in writing in the quotation. No payment is taken through this website.
- When the service is provided
- On the date or in the time window agreed in the quotation, after the height band and access have been confirmed.
- Cancellation and changes
- A visit may be moved or cancelled by agreement. How a change or cancellation is charged is stated in the quotation. A visit moved because of heavy rain, strong wind or frost is rescheduled with you directly. See the Terms and Conditions.
- Returns and defects
- The service is not a sale of goods, so there is nothing to return. If an area looks missed, tell the operator before the visit ends so it can be dealt with on the day; a later concern can be raised by email and will be looked at in good faith.
