Windows that let the daylight back in.
A straightforward visit for houses and low-rise apartments, covering glass, frames and screens together.
Illustrative stock photo. Guide price from ¥14,800.
Clear glass, cleared channels
By the end of the visit the windows are cleaned pane by pane, the screens are washed and refitted, and the sills are wiped inside and out. The difference is usually visible from indoors before you have stepped outside to look.
When windows go a year without attention
Road dust and seasonal pollen settle into window channels long before they are obvious on the glass itself. Households on busier streets tend to notice this first, as a gradual dulling that is hard to place until it is pointed out. Reaching the upper sashes from a household ladder is not always practical either, which is often what holds people back from doing it themselves.
Ground level or stepladder, matched to the house
Most houses and low-rise apartments can be reached from the ground or a stepladder, so that is the access method used here, nothing more elaborate than the building calls for. Screens come off for a proper wash rather than being wiped in place, and sills get the same attention as the glass.
What a visit looks like
A visit runs two to three hours depending on the number of windows, working through the property methodically rather than rushing between rooms. You do not need to stay close by: access to each window from outside is generally all that is needed, though being reachable by phone helps if anything has to be confirmed.
From ¥14,800 for up to fifteen window units
The guide price covers glass, frame and sash cleaning, screen removal and refitting, and sill wiping inside and out, for a visit of two to three hours. Properties with more than fifteen units are quoted individually, so mention the approximate count when getting in touch. The written quotation states the final amount and whether consumption tax is included.
What to expect, and what to say
There is no formal scorecard for a residential visit; the result is meant to be visible on the day. Expect glass and frames noticeably clearer, screens free of accumulated grit and sills wiped down. How long that lasts depends on the road, the season and how exposed the house is. If an area looks missed, say so before the visit ends and what can be done on the day is agreed on the spot.
Getting started
Send a message with your address area and roughly how many windows the property has. A time is arranged from there, and the visit itself needs no preparation on your part beyond clear access to the windows.
Equipment and conditions for this offer
- Access band

- Not included
- Windows that cannot be reached safely from the ground or a stepladder, repairs, re-sealing and glass replacement
- Conditions to confirm

If the weather turns
Heavy rain, strong wind or frost can mean a visit is rescheduled rather than carried out, since surfaces will not dry properly and stepladder work becomes less safe. If that applies on the day, a new time is arranged with you directly, and how any change is handled is written into the quotation.
