What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any enquiry you send through it, by email or by phone. They do not themselves form a contract for a cleaning visit: that is made separately, in writing, once you have accepted a quotation, and is governed by the Terms and Conditions.

How the site may be used

• Use the enquiry form, email or phone for genuine questions about window, glazing or balcony cleaning.
• Give accurate information about the building, in particular its height and how it can be reached, because that decides the equipment and the access plan.
• Do not try to disrupt the site, to probe it for weaknesses, or to send automated or misleading messages through it.

Descriptions and guide prices

The offers, scopes, visit lengths and prices shown on the site describe the services in general and are guide prices only. They are not an offer that can be accepted by clicking a button. A price becomes binding only when it appears in a written quotation that you have accepted, and that quotation states the final amount and whether consumption tax is included.

The photographs on the site are illustrative stock images, not pictures of the operator's own work or of past customers' buildings.

What happens when you write

Sending an enquiry does not commit either side to a visit. The operator decides whether a building falls within the three offers, in particular whether its height and access allow the work to be done safely, and may decline a job that does not. Work above three storeys, or on surfaces that cannot be reached safely, is not part of the offers on this site.

Where work is done

Visits are planned around Niihama in Ehime Prefecture, where the operator is based. Other places can be discussed individually and are not promised.

What you send is handled under the Privacy Policy

Anything you send through the enquiry form, by email or by phone is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information in an enquiry; a cleaning quotation never needs them.

The operator reads enquiries in the order they come in and answers those it can usefully answer. A message that is abusive, that tries to sell something unrelated, or that contains false information about a building may be left unanswered.

Updates and availability

The operator may change, add or remove pages, offers and prices on the site at any time, and may take it offline for maintenance. A change to a page does not alter a quotation that you have already accepted: the quotation, and the Terms and Conditions in force on the day you accepted it, apply to that visit.

Other ways to enquire

Email and phone are treated the same way as the enquiry form: the operator uses what you tell it to answer you and to prepare a quotation. A call may be returned by email, and an email by phone, if that is the quicker way to settle the details of a visit.

Text, pictures and design

The text and layout of this site belong to its operator. The stock photographs belong to their respective owners and are used under their licences. Please do not copy the site for use elsewhere without asking.

Limits of the information on this page

The operator takes care to keep the site accurate, but cannot promise that every page is complete or up to date at every moment. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Contract Act. The site may contain links to other websites, which the operator does not control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. They may be updated, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
