Finding the right fit
Some buildings need a straightforward window visit, others need glazing work on a shopfront, and some need attention on balconies and exterior surfaces rather than on glass. The three offers cover these situations separately, so you can see roughly where your building fits before getting in touch. Nothing on this page needs a decision; the detail pages are there to help you make one.
Residential Window Cleaning
Windows, frames, sashes and screens for houses and low-rise apartments, cleaned from ground level or a stepladder.

A rough guide by situation

What the guide price covers
The guide prices above reflect the equipment, time and scope described for each offer. If a visit turns out to need a different height band than expected, the change is discussed and confirmed with you in writing before work proceeds. Work above three storeys, or on surfaces that cannot be reached safely, is not part of these offers.
A few things people ask before deciding
- Can I combine two offers in one visit?
- This can be arranged. Mention both areas when you get in touch and a combined scope and price will be written up.
- What happens if the weather turns on the day?
- Heavy rain, strong wind or frost can mean a visit is rescheduled rather than carried out. See the weather note on each offer page.
- Do I need to be present during the visit?
- Not necessarily, though access to the property or building has to be arranged beforehand. This is agreed when the visit is confirmed.
- Do the prices include consumption tax?
- The written quotation states the final amount and whether consumption tax is included.
