WHAT YOU GET

Glazing that supports how the space is seen

A frontage seen from the street sets the tone before anyone walks in. This offer leaves glazing, entrance tracks and canopy undersides cleaned to a standard that holds up at pavement level, with purified water avoiding the streaking ordinary tap water can leave behind.

THE PROBLEM

Frontage grime builds faster than it seems

Street-level glazing collects traffic residue and rain spotting faster than most people expect, and entrance door tracks gather grit that is easy to overlook until it is noticeable underfoot. For premises without a set maintenance schedule, it often only gets dealt with once customers walking past can see it.

THE METHOD

Water-fed pole, timed around trading

Purified water through a water-fed pole lets glass dry without mineral deposit, which matters on surfaces viewed from a few feet away. Visits are planned for early morning or a closing day so that trading is not interrupted, where the premises allow it.

THE VISIT

What working together looks like

A visit runs three to four hours for a single elevation of up to 150 square metres, covering the glazing itself along with entrance door tracks and canopy undersides. A building manager or owner does not need to be present throughout; access arrangements are confirmed in advance and a written note is left for the building file.

THE PRICE

From ¥27,000 for one elevation up to 150 m²

The guide price covers the full glazing surface of one elevation, entrance door tracks, canopy undersides and a written note of the visit. Buildings with several elevations or larger frontages are quoted individually from the total area. The written quotation states the final amount and whether consumption tax is included.

AFTER THE VISIT

How the visit is documented

Each visit ends with a written note of what was covered, useful for buildings that keep a periodic maintenance file. Expect glazing clear of streaks and deposit on the day; the interval before it needs repeating depends on street traffic and weather exposure. If a section looks missed, tell the operator before the visit ends.

NEXT STEPS

Getting started

Send the elevation's approximate size and your preferred visit window, early morning or a closing day. A visit is confirmed once access and timing are agreed.
